CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

LAST ORDER DATES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY*

Any orders placed before the cut off time will be processed and dispatched with Royal Mail.

For Standard/Tracked UK Delivery - order by 23:59pm on Sunday 15th December, for all items to be shipped by Friday 20th December. Please allow 2-3 working days for all items to be delivered.

For International Standard/Tracked Delivery - order by 23:59pm on Monday 2nd December, for all items to be shipped by Monday 9th December. Please allow 5-10 working days for all items to be delivered.

Orders placed after these dates will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible, but pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.

*Please note that STANDARD or TRACKED delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed. We are preparing for extremely busy period coming up to Christmas and there may be unexpected delays which are beyond our control once your order leaves our warehouse.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

There may be a delay with our Customer Service team replying to your emails over the Christmas period, so please bear with us.

Our Customer Service hours are 10am - 4pm, Monday – Friday up to and including Friday 20th of December. After this, only urgent enquires may be answered. Our Customer Service team will be back at their desks full time on Thursday 2nd of January.

EXTENDED EXCHANGES / RETURNS 

Because it’s Christmas, we’re giving you a little longer to exchange or return any unwanted purchases or gifts. All items purchased between 01/11/2024 – 20/12/2024 may be returned until 15/01/2025 for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (with the tags attached). Please note if your item/s are exchanges they cannot be sent back for a refund afterwards.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. If you are returning a gift this can either be exchanged for an alternative item/s* or we can issue a gift card to match the amount. We will confirm that we have received your exchange with an email. It could take 7-10 working days for your exchange/refund to be processed.

We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number.

To exchange or return your order, please email our customer service team and remember to provide us with your Order Number, full name and address.

*You are only able to exchange an item/s for another item of the same value.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We’re a UK based company, delivering within the UK, Europe, USA and ROW.

To minimise wastage, we make everything to order. After you have received your order confirmation, we will process your order within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, such as Christmas, the processing times may increase to 7-10 working days.
You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout, are based on the weight of your order and the country we are delivering to.

**Please note that you may be required to pay import duties and local taxes on your parcel if you live outside of the UK. We have absolutely no control over these charges/duties/taxes, and they cannot be refunded or returned.

Please note that we are reliant on Royal Mail and their partners and if local postal services are experiencing delays, we have known deliveries to take longer. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to Overseas.
